Barbara Hodge (Murray), 74, died peacefully at Wake Medical Center on Monday, July 9, 2012, after an extended illness.

Barbara graduated from Broughton High School in the Class of 1957.

She was predeceased by her husband, Jimmy L. Murray of Raleigh and her parents, Earl Wilbur Hodge and Harriette Louise Bishop Hodge, also of Raleigh.
 
Survivors are her brother, Donald W. Hodge (Angela); sister, Carolyn Hodge Hicks (Boyd); nephew, Haywood Daniel “Danny” Bunch (Pamela); niece, Deborah Bunch Tart (Timothy); niece, Christina Renee Hodge Sendall (Will); three great-nephews and two great-nieces.
