Obituary for Robert Charles Wilkerson of Myrtle Beach, SC
July 30, 1939 - November 8, 2009

Mr. Robert Charles Wilkerson of Myrtle Beach, SC died Sunday, November 8, 2009 in his home after a short fight against cancer. 

Born in Raleigh, NC, July 30, 1939, to Orren Levi Wilkerson and Elizabeth May Wilkerson.' He was employed by Wake Technical Community College and retired from N.C. State University as a computer programmer. He was a sports enthusiast and enjoyed playing golf. 

Robert was married to the late Ruby Lee Wicker of Sanford, NC and was the father of the late Sheila San Wilkerson of Pinehurst, NC. 

Robert is survived by his daughter, Koren and son-in-law David Bickley; and his two grandchildren, Spencer and Seth of Pittsburgh, PA.
