Obituary for B. David Thames of Raleigh, NC
December 10, 1939 – August 28, 1996

B. David Thames, Jr. of Raleigh died Wednesday at Raleigh Community Hospital. Mr. Thames was born December 10, 1939 in Codes, South Carolina, the son of Lucille and the late David Thames, Sr. He graduated from North Carolina State University in 1963 and was employed with Siebe Environmental Control. He was also a member of Edenton Street United Methodist Church. Surviving are his wife, June Thames of the home; mother, Lucille Thames of Florence, SC; brother, Sidney Thames of Raleigh; sister, Mary Gooden of Florence, SC.
